He served for 14 years as an Education Officer in the Indian Navy, where he held diverse training and administrative appointments, followed by his role as Administrative Officer at Sainik School, Imphal. His varied professional journey has shaped a leadership approach rooted in discipline, strategic planning, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
